The HotPay2 project is part of a EU financed scientific program called eARI. The projects are owned, managed and operated by ARR.
The HotPay2 payload consists of nine instruments packages which are designed to study a number of scientific questions

After a short hold the count proceeded straight down and the HotPay 2 was launched into perfect scientific conditions at 20:14:00 LT.
The payload reached an altitude of 380.6 km.
