An ILS Proton Breeze M with the Express-AM4 telecom satellite was launched from Pad 39 at the Baikonur Cosmodrome at 21:25 GMT, 17th August 2011. After the 4th burn of the Breeze M upper stage, telemetry signals were lost. However, Roscosmos engineers managed to acquire a signal a few hours later.
