NGC 7523 (also 2MASX J23133468+1359121 and PGC 70726) is a magnitude +14.8 spiral galaxy located 546 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus. 

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta on the 3rd November 1864.

Position (J2000): R.A. 23h 13m 34.7s  |  Dec. +13° 59' 12.2"
