NGC 7785 (also MCG 1-60-49, UGC 12841 and PGC 72867) is a magnitude +11.6 elliptical galaxy located 175 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 25th October 1785.
