NGC 7156 (also IRAS 21520+0242, MCG 0-55-29, UGC 11843 and PGC 67622) is a magnitude +12.5 face-on barred spiral galaxy located 183 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 8th October 1785.

Right Ascension 21h 54m 33.5s, Declination +02° 56' 32"
