NGC 321 (also MCG -1-3-43 and PGC 3443) is a magnitude +15.0 barred spiral galaxy located 223 million light-years away in the constellation Cetus.

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 27th September 1864.

Right Ascension 00h 57m 39,2s, Declination -05° 05' 09"

It is the location for Star Trek's episode A Taste of Armageddon.
