NGC 659 (also Collinder 19, Melotte 10 and OCL 332) is a magnitude +7.9 open cluster in the constellation Cassiopeia.

The cluster was first discovered by astronomer Caroline Herschel, using a 10.67 cm (4.2 inch) newtonian reflector, on the 27th September 1783.

The object was rediscovered by German astronomer William Herschel on the 3rd November 1787. 

Right Ascension 01h 44m 24.0s, Declination +60° 40' 12"
