NGC 7439 (also MCG 5-54-21, UGC 12273 and PGC 70134) is a magnitude +14.0 barred spiral galaxy located 433 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 9th September 1863.

Right Ascension 22h 58m 09.9s, Declination +29° 13' 44"
