NGC 804 (also IC 1773, MCG 5-5-49, UGC 1557 and PGC 7873) is a magnitude +13.7 elliptical galaxy located 242 million light-years away in the constellation Triangulum.

The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Lewis A. Swift using a 40.6 cm (16 inch) Alvan Clark and Sons refractor at the Warner Observatory, East Avenue, Rochester, New York, on the 7th September 1885.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Guillaume Bigourdan in December 1897 and relisted as IC 1773.
