NGC 7096 (also IC 5121, ESO 107-46, IC 5121, IRAS 21373-6408 and PGC 67168) is a magnitude +11.9 spiral galaxy located 143 million light-years away in the constellation Indus.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Feldhausen, Claremont, Cape Town on the 31st August 1836. 
The galaxy was rediscovered by Royal Frost on the 19th September 1903 and later relisted as IC 5121.
