NGC 7367 (also MCG 0-58-2, UGC 12175 and PGC 69633) is a magnitude +13.8 spiral galaxy located 332 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus. 

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector  in Malta on the 29th August 1864.

Right Ascension 22h 44m 34.2s, Declination +03° 38' 47"
