NGC 7518 (also IRAS 23106+0603, MCG 1-59-12, UGC 12422 and PGC 70712) is a magnitude +13.4 spiral galaxy located 162 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces. 

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector  in Malta on the 29th August 1863.

Right Ascension 23h 13m 12.8s, Declination +06° 19' 18"
