NGC 2654 (also IRAS 08451+6024, MCG 10-13-17, UGC 4605 and PGC 24784) is a magnitude +11.8 edge-on spiral galaxy located 64.9 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Wilhelm Tempel using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/19 refracting telescope at the Arcetri Observatory on the 18th August 1882.

Right Ascension 08h 49m 12.0s, Declination +60° 13' 15"
