NGC 6963 is a magnitude +12.2 double star located in the constellation Aquarius. 

The star was discovered by French astronomer Camille Guillaume Bigourdan using a 30.48 cm (12 inch) refractor at the Paris Observatory on the 12th August 1885.

Right Ascension 20h 47m 19.0s, Declination +00° 30' 33"
