NGC 6078 (also MCG 2-41-17 and PGC 57460) is a magnitude +15.2 elliptical galaxy located 431 million light-years away in the constellation Hercules. 

The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflecting telescope at the Marseille Observatory on the 21st June 1876.

Right Ascension 16h 12m 05.4s, Declination +14° 12' 34"
