NGC 6651 (also IRAS 18250+7134, MCG 12-17-22, UGC 11236 and PGC 61836) is a magnitude +13.1 spiral galaxy located 265 million light-years away in the constellation Draco.
The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Lewis Swift using a 40.64 cm (16 inch) refractor on the 18th June 1884.
