NGC 4611 (also IC 805, MCG 2-32-179, UGC 7849 and PGC 42564) is a magnitude +14.3 edge-on spiral galaxy located 281 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.

The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Édouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 17th May 1881. 
The galaxy was rediscovered by Lewis Swift in April 1889 and relisted as IC 805

Right Ascension 12h 41m 25.4s, Declination +13° 43' 47"
