NGC 3354 (also IRAS 10407-3606, MCG -6-24-8 and PGC 31941) is a magnitude +13.2 spiral galaxy located 138 million light-years away in the constellation Antlia.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 1st May 1834.

Right Ascension 10h 43m 02.8s, Declination -36° 21' 46"
