NGC 4941 (also IRAS 13016-0516, MCG -1-33-77, UGCA 321 and PGC 45165) is a magnitude +11.1 spiral galaxy located 51 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 45.72 cm (18 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 24th April 1784.

Right Ascension 13h 04m 13.0s, Declination -05° 33' 05"
