NGC 3356 (also MCG 1-28-4, UGC 5852 and PGC 32021) is a magnitude +13.3 spiral galaxy located 284 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 17th April 1784.

Right Ascension 10h 44m 12.4s, Declination +06° 45 32"
