NGC 4149 (also NGC 4154, IRAS 12080+5834, MCG 10-17-155, UGC 7167 and PGC 38741) is a magnitude +13.2 edge-on spiral galaxy located 141 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 17th April 1789.
The galaxy was rediscovered by William Herschel in March 1790, and relisted as NGC 4154.

Right Ascension 12h 10m 32.8s, Declination +58° 18' 14"
