NGC 4193 (also IC 3051, IRAS 12113+1326, MCG 2-31-53, UGC 7234 and PGC 39040) is a magnitude +12.3 spiral galaxy located 114 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 17th April 1784.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Arnold Schwassmann in November 1900, and relisted as IC 3051.

Right Ascension 12h 13m 53.4s, Declination +13° 10' 22"
