NGC 4602 (also IRAS 12380-0451, MCG -1-32-36 and PGC 42476) is a magnitude +11.5 barred spiral galaxy located 117 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 17th April 1784.

Right Ascension 12h 40m 36.8s, Declination -05° 07' 57"
