NGC 3365 (also MCG 0-28-6, UGC 5878 and PGC 32153) is a magnitude +12.6 edge-on spiral galaxy located 45 million light-years away in the constellation Sextans.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 13th April 1828.

Right Ascension 10h 46m 12.7s, Declination +01° 48' 46"
