NGC 4180 (also NGC 4182, IRAS 12104+0719, MCG 1-31-25, UGC 7219 and PGC 38964) is a magnitude +12.6 spiral galaxy located 96 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 13th April 1784.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Christian Heinrich Friedrich Peters in 1881, and relisted as NGC 4182.

Right Ascension 12h 13m 03.0s, Declination +07° 02' 20"
