NGC 3355 (also IRAS 10402-2340, MCG -4-26-1 and PGC 31919) is a magnitude +13.0 spiral galaxy located 56 million light-years away in the constellation Hydra.

The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Samuel Pierpont Langley using a 38.1 cm (15 inch) refractor at the Old Naval Observatory on the 12th April 1866.

Right Ascension 10h 42m 37.4s, Declination -23° 56' 04"
