NGC 4806 (also ESO 443-12, IRAS 12535-2914, MCG -5-31-3 and PGC 44116) is a magnitude +12.8 spiral galaxy located 111 million light-years away in the constellation Hydra. 

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 30th March 1835.

Right Ascension 12h 56m 12.4s, Declination -29° 30' 10"
