NGC 2761 (also IRAS 09047+1838, MCG 3-23-41 and PGC 25638) is a magnitude +14.3 spiral galaxy located 402 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer. 

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) speculum reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 29th March 1865.

Right Ascension 09h 07m 30.7s, Declination +18° 26' 06"
