NGC 4804 (also NGC 4802, IRAS 12532-1147, MCG -2-33-61 and PGC 44087) is a magnitude +11.6 lenticular galaxy located 43 million light-years away in the constellation Corvus. 

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 27th March 1786.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Wilhelm Tempel in April 1882 and relisted as NGC 4802.

Right Ascension 12h 55m 49.6s, Declination -12° 03' 17"
