NGC 4759 (also NGC 4759A, NGC 4776, MCG -1-33-36 and PGC 43754) is a magnitude +13.0 spiral galaxy located 164 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 25th March 1786. The galaxy was rediscovered by John Herschel in May 1836 and relisted as NGC 4776.
