NGC 3363 (also IRAS 10424+2220, MCG 4-26-2, UGC 5866 and PGC 32089) is a magnitude +13.4 spiral galaxy located 265 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.

The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 22nd March 1882.

Right Ascension 10h 45m 09.5s, Declination +22° 04' 43"
