NGC 3529 (also IC 2625, ESO 570-7, MCG -3-28-38, IRAS11048-1917 and PGC 33671) is a magnitude +13.1 elliptical galaxy located 172 million light-years away in the constellation Crater.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 22nd March 1835.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Lewis Swift in April 1898 and relisted as IC 2625.

Right Ascension 11h 07m 19.2s, Declination -19° 33' 22"
