NGC 2774 (also MCG 3-24-4 and PGC 25879) is a magnitude +13.4 spiral galaxy located 403 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 21st March 1784.

Right Ascension 09h 10m 39.9s, Declination +18° 41' 48"
