NGC 2803 (also MCG 3-24-27, UGC 4898 and PGC 26181) is a magnitude +14.1 lenticular galaxy located 409 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.
NGC 2802 lies close to the galaxy.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 21st March 1784.

Right Ascension 09h 16h 43.8s, Declination +18° 57' 16"
