NGC 3383 (also IRAS 10449-2410, MCG -4-26-10, ESO 501-97 and PGC 32224) is a magnitude +12.8 barred spiral galaxy located 168 million light-years away in the constellation Hydra.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector in South Africa on the 20th March 1835.

Right Ascension 10h 47m 19.2s, Declination -24° 26? 16"
