NGC 3741 (also MCG 8-21-68, UGC 6572 and PGC 35878) is a magnitude +14.0 irregular galaxy located 10 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 19th March 1828.

Right Ascension 11h 36m 06.0s, Declination +45° 17' 03"
