NGC 4041 (also IRAS 11596+6224, MCG 10-17-129, UGC 7014 and PGC 37999) is a magnitude +11.3 face-on spiral galaxy located 57 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 19th March 1790.

Right Ascension 12h 02m 11.9s, Declination +62° 08' 13"
