NGC 5218 (also Arp 104, IRAS 13304+6301, MCG 11-17-5, UGC 8529 and PGC 47603) is a magnitude +12.3 barred spiral galaxy located 135 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 19th March 1790.

Right Ascension 13h 32m 10.2s, Declination +62° 46' 05"
