NGC 2922 (also IRAS 09337+3755, MCG 6-21-57, UGC 5118 and PGC 27361) is a magnitude +14.0 irregular galaxy located 201 million light-years away in the constellation Leo Minor.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Édouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 18th March 1884.
