NGC 3648 (also MCG 7-23-43, UGC 6389 and PGC 34908) is a magnitude +12.5 lenticular galaxy located 89 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 18th March 1831.

Right Ascension 11h 22m 31.3s, Declination +39° 52' 37"
