NGC 3958 (also MCG+10-17-098, UGC 6880 and PGC 37358) is a magnitude +12.6 barred spiral galaxy located 155 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 18th March 1790.

Right Ascension 11h 54m 33.5s, Declination +58° 22' 00"
