NGC 5030 (also MCG -3-34-23 and PGC 45991) is a magnitude +12.7 barred spiral galaxy located 110 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.

The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Edward Singleton Holden using a 39.62 cm (15.6 inch) f/15.6 Clark-refractor at the Washburn Observatory, on the 17th March 1881.

Right Ascension 13h 13m 54.1s, Declination Dec -16° 29 28"
