NGC 3323 (also IC 2592, IRAS 10368+2535, MCG 4-25-36, UGC 5800 and PGC 31712) is a magnitude +13.4 barred spiral galaxy located 237 million light-years away in the constellation Leo Minor.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 15th March 1877. The galaxy was rediscovered by American astronomer DeLisle Stewart in 1899 and relisted as IC 2592.
