NGC 3323 (also IC 2592, IRAS 10368+2535, MCG 4-25-36, UGC 5800 and PGC 31712) is a magnitude +13.4 barred spiral galaxy located 237 million light-years away in the constellation Leo Minor.

The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 15th March 1877.
The galaxy was rediscovered by American astronomer DeLisle Stewart in 1899 and relisted as IC 2592.

Right Ascension 10h 39m 39.1s, Declination Dec +25° 19' 21"
