NGC 4390 (also IC 3320, IRAS12233+1044, UGC 7519, MCG 2-32-40, PGC 40602 and PGC 40597) is a magnitude +12.6 spiral galaxy located 51 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 15th March 1784.
The galaxy was rediscovered by Arnold Schwassmann in September 1900 an relisted as IC 3320.

Right Ascension 12h 25m 50.5s, Declination Dec +10° 27' 32"
