NGC 2789 (also IRAS 09120+2956, MCG 5-22-26, UGC 4875 and PGC 26089) is a magnitude +12.6 lenticular galaxy located 291 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.

The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 13th March 1883.

Right Ascension 09h 14m 59.7s, Declination Dec +29° 43' 49"
