NGC 4837 (also UGC 8068, MCG +08-24-012 and PGC 44188 + PGC 44198) are pair of magnitude +13.4 galaxies located in the constellation Canes Venatici.
PGC 44188 is a magnitude +13.0 peculiar galaxy. PGC 44198 is a magnitude +13.8 spiral galaxy.

The galaxies were discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 7th March 1831.
