NGC 2777 (also UGC 4823, MCG 1-24-6, IRAS09080 0724 and PGC 25876) is a magnitude +13.1 spiral galaxy located 68 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 6th March 1864.

Right Ascension  09h 10m 41.8s, Declination +07° 12' 26"
