NGC 2914 (also Arp 137, MCG 2-25-6, UGC 5096 and PGC 27185) is a magnitude +13.3 barred spiral galaxy located 145 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.
The galaxy is gravitationally interacting with the neighbouring galaxy NGC 2911: these two galaxies are listed as Arp 232 in the Atlas of peculiar galaxies.

The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 3rd March 1786.
