NGC 2570 (also UGC 4354, MCG 4-20-36, ZWG 119.68 and PGC 23443) is a magnitude +14.3 spiral galaxy located 302 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.

The galaxy was discovered by English astronomer Ralph Copeland using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) speculum reflector at Birr Castle on the 20th February 1873.
