NGC 2378 is a magnitude +12.8 double star located in the constellation Gemini.
The stars were discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 8th February 1878.
